Terms of Service

Accepting these terms

These terms form a contract between your organisation and Falak Technologies AB. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them. If you sign on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and limit access to people who need it. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions taken by agents you configure. Tell us straight away at viyako.designs@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Using the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use Falak for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and to apply the human review your use case requires.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you connect or create. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service. We do not use it to train shared models.

Agents and their output

Agents can make mistakes. You decide which actions they may take, and you stay responsible for reviewing output before relying on it where the stakes are high. Falak provides the tools for approvals, limits and logs, and does not give legal, medical or financial advice.

Fees and renewal

Fees are set out in your order or plan. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are exclusive of tax. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement. We maintain the technical and organisational measures described in our security documentation.

Warranties and liability

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings, and access continues until the end of the paid term. Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not fixed within 30 days. You can export your data for 30 days after the agreement ends.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Stockholm have jurisdiction, unless your order says otherwise. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Questions can go to viyako.designs@gmail.com.
