Who we are
Falak Technologies AB (“Falak”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI agent platform for operations teams. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. When we process data inside your workspace on your behalf, we act as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to provide and improve the service.
Account details such as name, work email, company and role
Billing details handled by our payment provider
Usage data such as pages viewed, features used and device type
Content you connect or submit, including tasks, files and agent logs
Messages you send to our sales and support teams
How we use data
We use personal data to run your workspace, keep it secure, provide support, send service messages and understand how the product is used. With your consent, we also send product news, which you can turn off at any time.
We do not sell personal data. Customer content is never used to train shared models.
Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure and useful service, our legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.
Who we share it with
We share data with a small group of vetted providers for hosting, payments, email and support. Each one is bound by a contract and may only act on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect our users. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer. Agent logs follow the retention period set in your workspace.
International transfers
Your data is hosted in the European Union by default. Where data leaves the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where they are needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Write to viyako.designs@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes and contact
If we make a material change we will tell you by email or in the product at least 30 days before it applies. Questions can go to viyako.designs@gmail.com or to Falak Technologies AB, Sveavägen 17, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden.
